     Anorexic is a disease and is used in common speech as a characteristic. A person might say “he looks anorexic”. If you want to argue the PC merits of such usage then that’s another matter. I am interested in showing speech as used not PC mediated speech.

   I am writing a book that has twins.I made them identical in facial features except height and weight. But have totally different personalities. Would that be believable?

     Well I am a know it all and you asked! Contrary to the stereotype, identical twins are not identical.

     Maybe One of the twins has a bigger appetite and weighs more. However, that twin has an appetite not just for food but for life. The other twin is more withdrawn and an observer rather than a doer. Game of Thrones shows that identical twins that have different genders also works out plot wise. However, I think all and all twins have been done to death.

     I have know two sets of triplets in my life and they are really interesting! Its not the same as twins at all! And have you considered that getting fiction published is kind of mission impossible. A good none fiction book about triplets based on interviews with actual triplets might be more interesting and be fifty times more likely to be published!
