The Corporation
vs. the Army

Background: A final
showdown between Big Business and the Army! Players choose a side and battle it

out!

Objective: Each player
aims to defeat the other.

Team Size: Two-player
game; 300-point forces; three actions per turn.

Time Limit: 60 minutes

Rules Set: DC HeroClix

Preparing the
Battlefield
:
An outdoor map is recommended.

Special Rules

Player 1’s team can be composed
only of units with “Easy Company” or “Sgt. Rock” in the name. Player

2’s team can be composed only of
units with “Lex Corp” or “Lex Luthor” in the name.

Rookie Skill
Rules

Every character on Player 1’s
team is considered to have the Police team ability. Every character on Player

2’s team is considered to have
the Superman Enemy team ability.

Experienced
Skill Rules

1. Every character on Player 1’s
team is considered to have the Police team ability. Every character

on Player 2’s team is considered
to have the Superman Enemy team ability.

2. Two friendly characters
occupying adjacent squares can exchange 1 damage. Give one character 1

damage and give the other
character 1 healing. This counts as a move action for the character who

takes damage, though the
character does not move.

Veteran Skill
Rules

Every character on Player 1’s
team is considered to have the Police team ability. Every character on Player

2’s team is considered to have
the Superman Enemy team ability. Player 1 can add any one character with

the Superman Ally team ability to
his or her force. This character does not count against Player 1’s build

total. Player 2 can add any one
character with the Superman Enemy team ability to his or her force. This

character does not count against
Player 2’s build total.

Victory Conditions:
Use the standard DC HeroClix victory conditions.
